Delete your data

You can delete your Just Fast account and data at any time, with or without the app.

In the app

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Delete all data and confirm.

This deletes everything stored on your phone and, if you are signed in, your account and your cloud backup. To delete only your account and backup, use Settings › Account › Delete account and backup.

Without the app

Email apps@remotion.pl with the subject "Just Fast – delete my data" and the email address you signed in with. If you never signed in, send the request from the app through Settings › Send feedback, which carries your anonymous app ID.

What is deleted, and when

• Deleted: your account (email and name), your cloud backup (fasts, weight and water entries), your feedback, and the data linked to your anonymous app ID.
• When: right away in the app. Email requests are completed within 30 days, and we confirm by email. Copies in Google's backups clear within 30 days.
• Kept: purchase records, as long as tax and accounting law requires. Analytics events and crash reports are not linked to your account and expire on their own, after 14 months and 90 days respectively.

Uninstalling the app removes the data stored on your phone, but not a cloud backup. Use one of the options above for that.
