Welcome to Dose. Your privacy is our highest priority, especially when it comes to managing your health and medication schedules. This policy explains how we handle your information.

1. Local-First Philosophy

Dose is designed as a local-only application. All medication names, schedules, and history logs are stored directly on your device. We do not maintain any cloud databases for your personal data, and we do not have access to your medication records.

2. Analytics

To improve the user experience and stability of the app, we use Google Analytics. This service collects anonymized data, including:

• App performance and crash reports
• General usage patterns (which features are used most)
• Device type and operating system version

This data is strictly non-identifiable and does not include any information about specific medications or health data you enter into the app.

3. Third-Party Services

The only third-party service integrated into Dose is:

4. Data Security

Because your data is stored locally, its security depends on the security of your device. We recommend using your device's built-in security features (passcode, biometric lock) to protect your information.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Because Dose is a local-only application, all your data (including medication names, schedules, and history logs) is retained entirely on your device for as long as you have the app installed, or until you choose to explicitly delete it. We do not store or keep copies of your data on any external servers.

How to delete your data: You have full control over your information and can effortlessly delete it at any point. To safely and completely delete all your data, you can do any of the following:

• Delete individual medications and tracking logs directly from within the application's interface.
• Clear the application's data and cache through your device's system settings.
• Uninstall the Dose application entirely from your device.

Taking any of the device-level actions above will permanently remove your stored data. As we do not have server access to your local data, we cannot recover it once removed.

6. Children's Privacy

Dose does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
